1. I stopped in a couple of months ago while traveling through town. I found a very nice store with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was not looking for any lingerie in particular but the selection was more than enough for me to find something I liked. The staff answered my questions and even helped me pick out accessories for some lingerie I wanted to buy. Such a great experience I wish your store were closer to the Chicago area! As a male who purchases and wears lingerie I often do not get great service when I inform store clerks I am shopping for myself and need sizing and fit suggestions.

  2. I stopped in your store today about a possible donation for a benefit I am a part of and was told by the staff I had to go to a website and request a possible donation. When I try entering in the website, it tells me that website does not exist. I was told the website is as follows: charity@ambiance.com
    On a positive note, I found the store to be very clean and the staff very friendly!

      I apologize for the confusion but, I am glad that you had a good experience in our store! Charity@ambiance.com is an e-mail address that you can use to reach us regarding Charity and or Fundraising Events. We now have an online form to fill out at Ambiance.com/Fundraisers/ where you can simply enter the information regarding the event and upload the necessary form(s) to make the process quick and easy!
